Holiday Stroll December 12 4-8 PM

The annual Holiday Stroll in downtown Blowing Rock! Enjoy an evening filled with festive lights, holiday music, local shopping, and seasonal treats. Explore charming shops, sip on hot beverages, and soak in the holiday spirit as the town comes alive for this beloved community tradition. Perfect for families, friends, and visitors of all ages!  Santa & Mrs. Clause, shopping, seasonal refreshments, Holiday Window Displays, Music all in downtown Blowing Rock.

Memorial Park: Fridays & Saturdays, 6-8pm. Perfect activity after shopping downtown! Remaining dates:

The Blowing Rock Attraction: Saturdays & Sundays, noon-3pm. Children 12 and under are free with a paying adult during these hours for visits with Santa. Remaining dates:

Tweetsie Christmas Train

The train ride will feature over one million lights on its open-air route. Dress warmly to enjoy this special treat. See Santa in his Ginger Bread House, warm up to a campfire at the Hacienda. Tickets include admission and are for a specific date and train ride time. The Tweetsie Christmas event will be held on Friday, Saturday, and on select weekday evenings until December 30. The hours are 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
