Greetings from BRCA 28605! Today from Bedford, NH. Working in NH this week with a weekend in New England to celebrate our 43rd anniversary. Today we kick off election season with a Forum and information on the voting schedule. Just a note, when I am working remote the formatting on a mobile device is different so a bit of a different look.
Candidate Forum October 2, 2025
Blowing Rock Candidate Forum is Thursday, October 2, 2025 (5:30 PM – 7:00 PM) (EDT) at Blowing Rock Elementary School on Sunset St. This moderated event offers an open, informative discussion to help voters make confident and informed choices. Meet the Blowing Rock Town Council candidates and hear from them on important issues!
Submit your questions to the candidates
An official Blowing Rock Chamber of Commerce event by the Leadership Challenge Alumni in partnership with the Village Foundation of Blowing Rock, Blowing Rock Historical Society, Rotary Club of Blowing Rock and the Blowing Rock Civic Association. Please come and listen to your candidates for Mayor and Town Council answer questions on local issues and their positions. BRCA does not have permission to record this event, but we will have a full summary of the forum.

2025 Voting Calendar:
OCTOBER
October 3: Start of mailing of Absentee by Mail ballots
October 10 at 5pm: Last day to register to vote for Municipal Elections
October 16: Early Voting for Municipal Elections begins
October 21 at 5pm: Last day to request an Absentee by Mail ballot,
NOVEMBER
November 1: Early Voting for Municipal Elections ends at 3pm
November 4: Municipal Election Day (Beech Mountain, Blowing Rock, Boone, & Seven Devils) Precinct Polling Sites are open from 6:30am until 7:30pm
November 4 at 7:30pm: Deadline for all Absentee by Mail ballots to be received in our office.
November 14 at 11am: Community Canvass
