Friends – A residential development will be proposed to the Blowing Rock Planning Board at their meeting this Thursday night 12/21 at 5:30 P.M. at Town Hall that if approved and built will be a dramatic change for downtown. This development on slightly less than an acre is planned for the property adjacent to The Speckled Trout Restaurant and bound by Highway 221, Morningside Drive and Rainey Street. The BRCA Development Evaluation Committee will submit a report on this project at the meeting. The meeting includes a public hearing on the project. We urge you to attend this important meeting.
