Old Man Winter is Banging At the Door!
Today can officially be called… COLD! We left for a doctor appointment this morning at 11 degrees. Just returned from a dentist appointment, we have topped out at 14. Wind chills early this morning was -12. The weatherman is still trying to figure out what the snow picture looks like for the weekend, but Monday shows a low of 8. Tonight’s low forecasted at 10 with a Cold Weather Advisory in effect until 7:00 am Friday.
No Planning Board Meeting Today
There was nothing for the agenda, so the Planning Board meeting scheduled for tonight has been cancelled.
Board Appointments Requested

Free Radon Kits
BRCA had about a dozen radon test kits left over from our Radon Town Hall last September. There are a few at the library (operating on Winter hours) and a few at the Blowing Rock Chamber of Commerce (9-5, M-S). Thank you to Chamber staff for co-marketing this service with BRCA. Free while supplies last.
