Greetings from BRCA 28605 and Happy Friday!

We have been traveling since last Friday so a bit late on our posting. There is no personal video today.  Today we come to you from Raleigh.  We recommend viewing the Town Council meeting for more information about the proposed Shoppes on The Parkway project. On Tuesday March 11th the project was presented to Town Council.  There were 10 public comments provided and a “standing room only” crowd.  All of the public comments were against the project as were most on Town Council.  You may recall that I voted “no” on the Planning Board presentation as I thought it was more of a “thought in progress” rather than a finished plan and all our materials clearly stated: “Subject to Change”.  That I was not comfortable with.
