PUBLIC NOTICE
The Blowing Rock Town Council will conduct a special meeting on Wednesday, October
4, 2023. The meeting will begin at 11:00 a.m. and immediately following the opening of
the meeting, Town Council will enter closed session, pursuant to NC General Statute 143-
318.11. (a) (6), to review applications for the Town Manager position. No other business
will be conducted. The meeting will take place at Town Hall located at 1036 Main Street,
Blowing Rock, N.C.
